Position 1: Modern Worship Leader
Part-Time: 15 hours/week
Annual Salary: $18,000 - 24,000, commensurate with experience
Location: 675 Pleasant Hill Rd, Lilburn, GA 30047
We are seeking a passionate and gifted Modern Worship Leader to lead and develop a dynamic, multicultural worship ministry. This individual will design and lead engaging worship experiences that invite people to connect with God, deepen their faith, and build meaningful community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Experience in multicultural worship, shared leadership, and multilingual music ministry is especially valued. The ability to lead worship in Spanish and/or Korean is highly encouraged.
Schedule: Wednesday evening rehearsals, Sunday morning sound-check and worship, and participation in selected church events.
Part-Time: 15 hours/week
Annual Salary: $18,000 - 24,000, commensurate with experience

We are seeking a passionate and gifted Modern Worship Leader to lead and develop a dynamic, multicultural worship ministry. This individual will design and lead engaging worship experiences that invite people to connect with God, deepen their faith, and build meaningful community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead weekly modern worship services in collaboration with pastoral leadership.
- Select and arrange music that reflects diverse cultural backgrounds and aligns with sermon themes.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor musicians, vocalists, and worship volunteers.
- Lead rehearsals and coordinate worship teams using Planning Center and ProPresenter.
- Collaborate with technical teams to incorporate multimedia and creative elements into worship.
- Cultivate an inclusive, spiritually engaging, and lay-led worship environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Music, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of worship leadership experience in a church setting.
- Proficiency in guitar or piano and strong contemporary vocal ability.
- Experience planning worship services, arranging music, and leading volunteer teams.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative leadership skills.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to engage across diverse communities.

The YouthNett Director will play a vital role in shaping the next chapter of youth ministry at The Nett Church. We are seeking a creative, relational, and spiritually grounded leader who will help middle and high school students grow as disciples of Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and discover their place within the church and wider community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will demonstrate experience in youth discipleship, volunteer development, multicultural ministry, and culturally responsive leadership. Familiarity with United Methodist theology and discipleship practices is valued. Spanish-language proficiency is highly valued for building relationships with Spanish-speaking youth and families.
Schedule: Sunday youth programming, regular staff coordination, and additional events as scheduled.

The YouthNett Director will play a vital role in shaping the next chapter of youth ministry at The Nett Church. - Provide vision, leadership, and oversight for YouthNett (6th–12th grade).
- Plan and lead weekly youth discipleship, worship, and age-appropriate programming.
- Develop special events, summer programs, and opportunities for mission and service.
- Build meaningful relationships with youth, parents, and guardians.
- Recruit, equip, and support volunteers and emerging youth leaders.
- Coordinate ministry planning, communication, budgeting, and collaboration with church staff.
- Maintain safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments in accordance with Safe Sanctuary policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience working with youth in a church, educational, or community setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build meaningful relationships with young people.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to the mission, values, and theological identity of The Nett United Methodist Church.
